KushL is a collaborative project management platform operated by Maitreya Labs that provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) to businesses and teams. All services delivered through our platform are digital in nature and do not involve physical shipping of goods.
This policy explains how our digital services are delivered and what you can expect in terms of service availability and performance.
2. Service Delivery
KushL services are delivered through:
- Web Application: Accessible at kushl.app via any modern web browser
- Progressive Web App (PWA): Installable on Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux
- API Access: For Business tier users with custom integrations
3. Service Activation
3.1 Free Tier
Free tier access is activated immediately upon account registration. No payment required.
3.2 Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscription features are activated immediately upon successful payment verification:
- UPI payments: Typically instant (within seconds)
- Card payments: Typically instant (within seconds)
- Net Banking: May take up to 30 minutes for bank confirmation
If your subscription is not activated within 1 hour of payment, please contact hello@kushl.app with your transaction ID.
4. Service Availability
4.1 Uptime Target
We target 99.9% uptime for our services. This means:
- Maximum expected downtime: ~8.76 hours per year
- Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice for security issues
4.2 Offline Functionality
KushL's PWA supports offline functionality:
- View cached messages and tasks
- Create new messages and tasks (queued for sync)
- Access recently viewed projects
- Automatic sync when connection is restored

We optimize for speed and responsiveness:

You can export your data at any time in the following formats:
- JSON: Complete account data
- CSV: Tasks and project data
- Markdown: Conversation history
- PDF: Generated reports
7. Geographic Availability
KushL is available globally with the following considerations:
- Services can be accessed from anywhere in the world
- Primary data centers are located in India
- CDN ensures fast loading from any location
- All timestamps are displayed in your local timezone
- Payments are processed in INR (Indian Rupees)
8. Service Interruptions
In case of service interruptions:
- Status updates will be posted at status.kushl.app (when available)
- Major outages will be communicated via email to affected users
- Offline mode allows continued work during brief interruptions
- Data is automatically synced when service is restored
8.1 Compensation
If KushL is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault:
- Paid users may request a prorated refund for the affected period
- Or receive equivalent credit toward future subscription
